The Cobra comes with a four-speed self-propulsion system that varies from slow (2.5kph) to medium (3.9kph), depending on your natural walking speed and preference. Rest assured, it won't run away with you. Unfortunately, the Honda has one set speed and that's it. If you have a larger lawn, you will appreciate the time it takes to get things looking perfect, but this mower has been specially designed to make light work of more significant lawned areas, and the wealth of functions just make this so much easier.

As I mentioned earlier on, the Cobra MX534SPH comes with the incredible force of a Honda GCV170 engine which has been designed to be extremely efficient where fuel is concerned and has a long lifespan. The grass collector is made from a durable, high quality fabric which enables a free flow of air to provide compact and efficient collection. The large 65 litre capacity bag will mean more time mowing and fewer stops to empty. What’s more, the height adjustment is as simple as operating one handle, as opposed to having handles located at both the front and rear of the mower, so there aren’t any complicated actions required to adjust this. Mowing Features This top value 40cm model was easy to assemble and comes with a fixed height, foldable handlebar for easy storage. The bar isn’t foam covered – just bare painted metal – but that’s to be expected at this price level. Thankfully, it folds over on itself for easy storage. As we mentioned, both of these mowers have pretty similar levels of adjustability when it comes to cutting height, from around 25mm to 75mm, and this gives anyone looking to do a really professional mow a lot to work with. Furthermore, this motor will run quietly, and the excellent four-stroke nature will contribute to the durability of this type of engine. If you find the thought of pulling multiple times on a cord to start an engine just too much hard work, consider this superb electric start model which fires up with a simple push of a button. Hyundai has really pushed the boat out with this model because it also has variable speed self propulsion and a rear roller that lays a clean Wimbledon stripe in its wake. And because the roller is split down the middle, it’s really easy to turn at the end of each pass.
